Batista was rescued by a Good Samaritan in Fajardo, which has a known dumping field where degenerates abandon dogs they no longer have use for. 

It’s obvious that Batista was no longer welcomed where he once lived because of his massive tumor which wraps around his testicles to his back leg plus others all over his body.

Imagine the cruelty it takes to watch this tumor grow and this poor baby struggle with the weight, and to not help, nor even shelter him, but instead dump him like trash. 

The Good Samaritan after several days and attempts, secured Batista and implored for help from anyone to get him medical treatment. After taking him to a vet for a consult and estimate, he knew he would not be able to personally cover the cost of such an intense operation and would need an organization to take up the case. 

The initial consult included an estimate of $4000+ or a second option of EUTHANASIA! 

During this economic climate that type of estimate for a young man who is just trying to be compassionate was defeating.

Neither of these options were suitable for the rescuer and once more he attempted to find an organization to save BATISTA! 

That’s where we come in!

Batista has already met with our trusted veterinarian on the island and he is set for surgery next week.
